Hit Frequency

Hit frequency is the percentage of rounds that produce any win, regardless of amount. A 25% hit frequency means roughly 1 in 4 rounds pays something — possibly less than the stake.

Keep it distinct from RTP (long-run return) and volatility (how much it swings). A game can pay often but little, or rarely but big. It is a descriptive figure, not a predictive one: it never says when the next win will land.
